Waiter (Arabic Speaker)

1. Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance
manual of the company

2. Greet & seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized way

3. Acquire in depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu or any other aspect related to Al Safadi

Restaurants business/concept in order to assist and provide advice to customers.

4. Consistently monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served

5. Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily

6. Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet & upkeep of all service
equipment

7. Responsible for all service preparations before, during & after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-
scene)

8. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage

9. Attend and participate in daily briefings, debriefings and other meetings as scheduled

10. Actively use up selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue

11. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect customers’ and employees’ health and
safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment

12. Comply with the company environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

13. Provide a climate that is consistent with the mission and the vision statements
14. Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs)

15. Provide the superior with information on all issues of concern to the business

16. Accepts other responsibilities from time to time which may be directly or indirectly related to the
business of the company.
